Find answers to commonly asked questions about our products and services.
How to diagnose ignition system faults?
Common symptoms include: engine failure to start or stalling; engine shaking and weak acceleration; increased fuel consumption; and ablation or melting of the ignition coil’s high-voltage connecting rod.
How to confirm the parts I need?
All the parts we provide are vehicle-specific. For example, for ignition coils, as long as you send us the OE number of your original part or your vehicle model, we can match the exact part you need.
What issues hinder spark plug wires?
A bad ignition coil may be indicated by: Cracks or damaged sealing lips between the connector/plug Corroded connectors Parting area breakdown on the plug insulator (evidence of burning/ scorching on the insulator between the plug connector and plug hexagon) Porous, cracked or scorched ignition cables Pressed out cast mass.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Why Do Ignition Coils Keep Burning Out?
Ignition coils burn out mainly due to insulation layer aging/breakdown or faulty switching transistors. Too large/small spark plug gaps overheat coils, accelerating insulation aging. Assembled coils may have shorter lifespans from poor materials or low-quality parts.
If coils burn out soon after replacement, check these:
1.Test generator power (over-generation overloads coils; faulty ones damage bulbs too). 2.Adjust/replace spark plugs (if gap is too large). 3.Use higher-octane gasoline (for poor fuel quality). 4.Adjust incorrect cylinder compression ratio. 5.Diagnose ECU (clear errors; check transmission if failed). 6.Fix unstable power voltage or replace high-tension wires (abnormal resistance). 7.Address secondary circuit short circuits or overhigh ignition controller primary current. 8.Resolve high-temperature issues or faulty high-pressure waves. 9.Try a different brand (rarely coil itself is faulty) or fix igniter integrated circuit.
